1. License Policy

When you purchase IndexTool, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

  • The license is valid for one user and one device only.
  • Each license is permanently linked to a single device via its MAC Address.
  • Only one active installation is allowed per license.
  • The license may not be shared, resold, rented, or transferred.

2. Activation Process

After purchase, the software requires manual activation.

  • The user must send the generated device (MAC) code to receive an activation key.
  • Activation codes are issued only through official contact details listed on the website.
  • Attempting to activate the software on another device will result in activation failure.

3. License Protection & Violations

IndexTool is protected against unauthorized use.

  • Any attempt to bypass, crack, modify, or duplicate the license system is strictly prohibited.
  • If license abuse or duplication is detected, the software will be immediately disabled.
  • Violations may result in permanent license termination without notice.
  • Legal action may be taken in cases of severe abuse or redistribution.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and the instant delivery of license activation, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are not provided once an activation key has been issued.
  • No refunds will be granted for compatibility issues, misuse, or lack of technical knowledge.
  • Refund requests due to changes in Google policies or indexing behavior will not be accepted.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The software cannot be activated due to a verified internal error.
  • The issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved by support.
