Welcome to IndexTool (indextool.top). By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using this software, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the software.

1. Software License

IndexTool is licensed, not sold. When you purchase IndexTool, you are granted a single-user, single-device, non-transferable license.

  • The license is tied to one device using a unique MAC Address.
  • Only one active installation is allowed per license.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the software is strictly prohibited.

2. Activation & Protection

The software requires activation after purchase.

  • You must send the generated device code to receive an activation key.
  • Activation is provided via official communication channels listed on the website.
  • Any attempt to bypass, crack, modify, or duplicate the license system will result in permanent suspension.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • Use the software on multiple devices with a single license.
  • Distribute copies, activation keys, or modified versions.
  • Use the software for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

4. Updates & Changes

IndexTool may receive updates, improvements, or security patches. These updates may be applied automatically or manually and are part of the licensed product.

5. Disclaimer

IndexTool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While the software uses official Google APIs, indexing results may vary depending on Google policies and external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndexTool or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Use, without refund or notice.
